Cameca SX-100 electron microprobe with a CeB6 filament, an EDS detector, a CL detector, and 5 WDS detectors
FEI Quanta 400f field-emission, environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM) with an EBSD detector, BSE detector, SE detector, EDS detector, and a CL detector
Sample prep facilities including: precision slicing; micro mill; vacuum impregnation and mounting; grinding and polishing; Au/Pd sputter coater; turbo-pumped carbon evaporator.
