Sony Fluorescence Cell Sorter

Make / Model :
Sony MA900

The MA900 from Sony meets the needs of most sorting applications, supporting 12 fluorescence parameters and 4-way sorting.
The MA900 system uses a microfluidic chip-based design and advanced automation that simplifies operation to make sorting accessible to all users.

The MA900 is highly flexible, enabling the detection of a wide range of fluorescence excitation and emission settings. Choose from 4 excitation lasers—488 nm, 405 nm, 561 nm, and 638 nm, on two beam spots. Free-form PMTs enable detection of fluorescence signals from each beam spot, allowing detection of up to 12 fluorescence parameters and two scatter parameters.

The MA900 software guides operation. Startup, cleaning, and sort setup operate with a touch of a button to ensure optimal alignment of the chip to the lasers, precise targeting, and and efficient sorting. Wizard-based cleaning cycles simplify maintenance and can be customized for aseptic sorting.
